Great Oaks Transitional Home, LLC, is a structured transitional home serving the Metropolitan Detroit area. Our home is designed to meet the needs of homeless consumers by providing a clean, safe, and friendly home-like environment for individuals while fostering independence to transition into self-sufficiency. Our goal is to help eliminate the endless cycle of homelessness and recidivism.  Great Oaks believes that regardless to your background, everyone deserves a place to rest your head. Anyone who chooses to live at Great Oaks Transitional Home will be provided with support that will address the desires, goals, dreams and needs of our residents to bridge into independent living.
